In a region of Melbourne with poor internet connectivity, and in our highly decentralized organisation with multiple campuses, the IT Department was able to greatly enhance the efficiency of our communication system. Using a terminal services approach, the IT Department delivered a unified and centrally managed system at an affordable price.
